Pobjoy sells his for $770.........these are crack tested standard cranks, counterweighted,ground, and nitrited.

It is still NOT clear what it is you are seeking. No wonder people get the shits... ... I might have a std 1600 crank I can sell. Non-counterweighted. Non-stroker. Std means "standard" as built by VW. Pm me if interested
