If you've got a stuffed avatar for whatever reason, please try these instructions first:

I've just edited those instructions to make them ultra-clear, so hopefully they'll work for you. If they don't work, post here. Tell me what went wrong, and I'll help you get it working again! 🙂

Avatars are no bigger than 100x100, so make sure you send me something that can be cropped and shrunk and still look good with so few pixels.

Damn damn damn! 🙂

Due to the fact that I've had my hotmail account since 1996, I have hotmail set to "High". This is because it gets about 100-200 spams a day, which makes the account useless to me. Unless you're in my address book, I can't get your e-mail.

I hate to be a pain, but please use my ajv@greebo.net account.
