Removing Windscreen washer nozzel

Hey, i took out our front window, removed the top bit of the dash and the wiper assemblies to do some welding to get rid of the rust but i can get the washer nozzels out and my manual doesnt tell me how to either!
Any one know how to get them out???

they squash together on the underside with a pair of pliers then push upwards n out do it gentle

I read it on FACEBOOK so it must be true

Yep they have two little plastic tags on the back that you have to squeeze together, or push the tag on one side with a flat screwdriver while gently lifting that side of the nozzle, and then repeat for the other half of the nozzle, while being careful not to push the first side back in.

Tried using pliers, the little lumps didnt really move. Will give it another go tomoro arvo
