I am on a makeover mission, like Pink_lady... but 1960's!

My teal coloured 1960's bug is getting a new paint job this month and I want to deck her out; keeping her orginal but showing of her classic ladylike style 🙂

Any ideas, people?

easy. Kepp all the chrome embellishments. Save that money for dropped spindles and and adjustable beam. and just dump it's onto it's guts. Perhaps shave the front fender indicators and get them integrated into the headlight bowls, and get a venetian for the rear window...

Cheers for the advice (and yes... she welcomes drooling 🙂 )

Resto, your bug looks hot!
Must have been quite a mission, but I bet you love cruisin in her now. If you have any ideas about where to get good stuff for early bugs now that you've done it, let me know.

keep other pics coming - i love the inspiration.
