the reason we got a car is Sue got a new job and needs to travel every day plus we don't need a 7 seater any more so the time came to trade the Falcon we've had for the lasr 10 years in.
How depressing paid 36K 10 years ago and got $3500 as a trade....:cry
Should pick it up in a week or two...not to mention the Falcon is starting to leak oil almost as bad as the volksies.

Bel and I went out on a club cruise today... weather was dodgy but the day was great...we had a good turn out....went to a couple of wineries in the Yarra Valley and had lunch at one...we were all very good... didn't drink too much ...but most of us got got take-aways :beer
What a show.
A retiring VW mechanic turned up with a shit load of VW factory tools, I couldn't help myself, scored a 36hp ring compressor, 36hp crankshaft pulley puller, linkpin offset mesuring tool, oil cooler nut spanner, fuel line clamp, and a couple of other things I can't remember at this time. Penguin gave me a blow up diagram of the Oval blueprints, and I had a great chinwag with some great VW mate's.
