Are early bay double door kombis rare?

i am just curious to know if early bay double door kombis are rare thats all, cause i know of one and just thought i might ask you guys to see if it is rare or special etc etc. i think its a 71 but not positive, it looks to be one of those butchers vans cause its very grotty in side, but i could be wrong, any one got any info on these early double door bays??

G'day,
Not real rare but but hard to find a real good one as most were used as delivery vans in the big cities to service the oneway lanes in behind bussinesses facing the more major streets, so having a cargo door on both sides was a definite advantage. I've seen a couple with 50x25 RHS tube screwed down the sides as rubbing strips so the driver could pull up tight on the side opposite the place he was delivering to.
