While driving to work this morning my odometer clicked over the 100 000 mile mark.whoo hoo :P
It was pure magic to watch all those 9's clicking over. I'd be mad to sell her now, she's only got 45 miles on the clock lol.
so how far have you all done?
BTW i'm not the original owner so i don't know how many engines or how far or even if its the original odo but still it was a magic moment as they say on the "couldobeens" (a radio show on the ABC on sunday night...so i'm an old fogey who cares I've done 100 000 miles and thats 20 times better than the Proclaimers, they only did 500)

I don't know Ned... my odo stopped working long ago... either that or my little beetle goes that fast it looks like its standing still? Think i might stick with the 1st one, it broken! 🙁

I have doubts on the accuracy but the Red 62 is coming upto 100000 in the next few days and the Yellow 62 is reading 106000+

The bus has only done 538 km in the last 14 months
Our 68 has clocked up 163,000 since we built a new motor in 1993. Don't remember or know how many she had on her before that.
Our new beetle cabrio has just gone in for its 75,000 km service today after 20 months of ownership. Should clock up the 100k mark in April next year on her.

My odo has just clocked 100 000 miles, how far have you driven?
G'day, to answer the question as it reads I have driven in excess of 2,000,000ks. I did 1,300,000ks in a 14 year period using 15 different vehicles (9 in the first 5 years and 6 in the next 9 years) from Mar '90 to May '04.
Now I'm just enjoying driving around this great country in the Desert Splitty. The more remote the area the better.

I had a bay that clocked over 300,000ks with absolutely no engine work and she's still going strong with the new owners...
question is open and seeing I've been driving for 36 years must have clocked up close a 1,000,000 klms - hell.

Well when i bought my Notch it had around 92,000 miles from memory... the previous owner told me it was original.. which i can beleive as we only recently replaced the ORIGINAL cv's!!
After owning the car for a bit over a year, the odomoter now says 6,000 miles :bounce
Don't know how many ks I've done in the 40 years I've been driving but I can say that I have done 250,000 ks on my '82 camper in the past 7 years and working hard to put a lot more on it and 6,000 miles on my '63 ute since Easter this year. The ute is the daily driver and I currently live 40ks from work when I work.
300.000 for my bay. Engine's never been apart!
