hey all i hav recently jus got my rat on the road and although im impressed with the performance a type 3 1600 tp has in a buggy that weighs a mere 590 kg i want MORE!!!! so as a quick question that im sure most of you may all understand, does anyone know of any mechanics that do engine mods in sydney? im interested in having a 1776 with twin webers which should hopefully do the job. Now im a uni student so i dont have the deniro to pour free and willingly so i thought id ask you guys what you think it would cost to get done professionally. With little knowledge of old school vw engines im hopin it'll be no more than say 4 grand, BUT im open to any comments be it negative or positive i jus want truthful and honest facts.
