I am selling this MOUNTNEY steering wheel in as new condition.
I bought it recently off a person that took it off his 1600 superbeetle.
I never got to install this in my beetle and due to recent money issues,i have decided to sell.
The steering wheel comes with a vw beetle adapter all ready to install.
Just to purchase this adapter only from a shop will cost you about $80.
I'm asking for $100 for the steering wheel including the adapter as a BONUS.

twoguns in fact this is the first I've read of your replies so implying I don't give a fuk is an insult to me. I remember clearly similar situations in the past that have occurred and as a moderator, I am very well aware of the problems such situations pose.
Expressing interest versus asking general questions can be two different things - have a look through all the other posts in this section and see how many people ask questions, then once answered by the seller never respond again. It has happenned to me several times where I have gone to sell something - questions were asked and very rarely did I get a response after answering them.
Honestly it wasn't my intention to cut your grass, and since ethics are certainly important to me despite your incinuations, I am happy to sell the steering wheel to you for what I paid ($115 including postage) so ownership can be transferred to you. You may think this is rediculous - why do I explicitly have to say "I am interested - can you tell me this or that about the item".....but as said already, if asking a couple of questions indicates serious intention to buy the item, I would have sold a lot of things a lot quicker on here.
So my apologies for jumping the line - I am happy to make right by you/AVD by passing on the steering wheel to you if you wish. Just let me know (I have paid for it already, but I can send it to you once I receive it after you forward payment).

I understand your annoyance twoguns and as stated above, I apologise for cutting in line. If you do a search for any posts I've made in the buying/selling section under my username you will see that I uphold the rules and honour the "first in best dressed" approach. I've admitted fault and tried to rectify the situation in the best way I could without turning back the clock. You are right I should have said "if twoguns is not interested" rather than just "if it is still available" which is kinda what I was implying, but I respect your view.
If you change your mind and want the wheel just U2U me, if not I appreciate your understanding and hope this can problem can slide away eventually. Honestly, a $100 steering wheel isn't worth this grief hence why I tried to right the wrong.
Thanks GTMac, but unless twoguns changes his mind, I guess I'll probably hang onto it. 😵💫
