Copied the email address out of Julys Zeitschrift but got return mail..........extern.Susanne-wiersch@volkswagen.de????
Anyone got an address that works

Did you have the extern bit in front? I imagine that is an error. I just sent a test email to susanne-wiersch@volkswagen.de and it hasnt bounce back at me.

I did it recently. It took a couple of months to arrive after I ordered it, so be patient. This is the info from them about how to order one:

We are pleased to research data of your Volkswagen and to draw up a birth certificate with the recorded data regarding original engine, colour, date of manufacture, port of destination...

The price for this service is 25 euros which you have to pay „cash with order“, please. Our terms of payment are cash or via Visa/Mastercard – card number and expiry date.
