90 Mk2 Golf GTI

96 Mk3 Golf 2ltr auto (actually the wife's pet)

98 T4 2.5ltr Double Cab.

In the past have owned ovals/bays/notches/buggies.

In answer to your question. I believe it is not just the responsibility of all askers of questions to expect answers from all askee's. I understand you would think this is a reasonable assumption.

I suppose if you ask all people all of the time you should get some replies from some people. If you ask questions of all people some of the time you may not get an answer, as you would expect if you ask some of the people all of the time.

I suppose you would have to ask the right person at the right time to be able to get a reply that is not only satisfactory to the asker of the question, but also not regretted by the answerer.

Thanks for your answer DC. im sure people have asked you before, about which cars you have owned in the past. it seems that you have plenty of knowledge in the volks...world, and you could be very helpfull to people who need help and advice with their cars.
i think you are wasting your time in B.A you should be out on the main forum giving advice and helping people, being nice and having fun like the rest of us.

Hi Kombi-troppo...have been known to throw a sheet and grind a winch on more than the odd occasion myself.:thumb

As for the avatar.....had the pic in my collection for a while...cant recall who sent me it.....recall the note that came with the pic said something along the lines that the two yachts were trying to outrun a cyclone somewhere in the states.

Can't verify whether that is true or crap or whether the pic is a paste up job.

Have a 216kb size pic which I can't fault........and sorry but no, I am not giving away copies.

Hey Guys...........U would be bored shitless with a pic of my GTI..........its white, stock standard,not even alloys, lucky if it gets one wash a year............but hey when I take it down 'The great ocean road' for a coffee at the 'Arab', it does it for me...........pisses the wife off big time ......maybe its always that time of the month when I decide to go :duh:jesus
