erm.. what does it do.. and how do u use it. and wot type of engine can it be used for ?
its a little supercharger.....i think they run on the 36hp engine and only make them to about 45hp-50? :S...
would i be right?

yep, and they force air into the combustion chamber like a prehistoric turbo.
