Kombi Tow bars

Hi everyone,

I have a 76 kombi and am about to put a tow bar on it. The tow bar i have is the big heavy one with the protectors over the lights.

My questions are: Do you need to use special bolts to attach it? and is there a specific way you are meant to wire the trailer light socket or is it just piggybacked?

I used high tensile bolts for mine.

I piggybacked my trailer wiring too. Not an optimal solution, but it was quick.

If at first you don't succeed. Build, build again.
