I don't care if it's the very last of its kind, or if over $152,000 is paid for it, or if the Top Gear TV show voted the Vauxhall Monaro as the best car or somesuch, at the end of the day, it will still be and will ever remain, a shit box Holden.

I I to that!

Does anyone remember when the STi 2 doors came out. Everyone was buying them for 60k and selling them on for 75k. Then Subaru released a whole new shipment of them and the original owners went balistic. In the words of Nelson, "HA, HA!!!"

Why do I have the sneaking suspicion that this will end the same way?👍

It was sold for charity so you may find the "bid" that won it was a charitable gesture as well as a "i want it". Typically charity auctions sell items for WAY above what they are worth. It was for a good cause.

same on here when limited edition schofields splitty (matchbox size) was auctioned & i won the bid,i would have kept going in that bid as the money was going to
luekemia foundation.
