Gene Bergs are probably the go...thinderbirds are just a generic exhaust for VW's I think...Micks motors sells them here.

Hey I nearly forgot. I got a brewing kit as a housewarming present from a good friend of mine. He said it will be good for me to set up in the garage when it is built.

Question is, should I start the brew now, so it is ready for the garage warming party? 🙂

Am torn between two answers here Peter.

Either
A) get a beer brewer assembly party
B) have a pre garage warming/beer tastying party.

you want the best for the garage party...!!! 😀

The brew is started. Did it tonight in between posting. 3 weeks time will have the first taste. will be at it's (hopefully) premium in 3 months. 👍

It is a Coopers Micro Brew kit with everything needed in the kit.

Took about an hour to set up, and now 7 days to wait, then bottling and then 14 days to wait minimum. I would think that 'green' beer would not taste nice. :puke

Garage progress is good. Excavator and formwork will be getting done next Saturday. Should have a slab within 4 weeks.

psst penguin, I just transferred a deposit on something big, white and yellow, picking it up hopefully by end of next week. Thorun is stoked, she said the greenpeace stickers wont take me long to remove! (personally i don't mind them, its more the cutsey fairy curtains that I don't like!) 👍
