I`ve never seen one like this before and think it`s off somthing other than Volkswagen.
Any ideas?

I reckon its an early aftermarket VW hood ornament. Mate at 700 bucks you would wanna be making a mould of the one you have and start mass produicing them heehee👍👍

Doubt if its off a Wolseley.. The badge is more a W in the shape of a trident.. Normally in an oval frame..
My family had Wolseley's.. I hated them..
