Wanted Type 3 ..................(totally updated)

Hi Guys, I'm still looking for a type 3 but have come to the realisation that the initial "wish" may not be all that viable. All the prerequisites at the moment are: pre 70's good original condition with no (or minimal rust) fastback prefered, then notch or square priced around $4000 - 6000 [ Edited on 21-5-2006 by pettles ]

wow that light blue fasty looks very nice. They are asking 4800 as well so could be had for less, if its rust free that wont last long, thats good buying.

Does anyone know this car? is it a clubber or not...does that look like bog and rust behind the drivers arch?

I don't know much about this car. Had a chat to the owner though, he seemed pretty genuine. Didn’t sound like it had had damage/bog on the drivers side (I asked, passenger side front panel has been replaced though!). Looks pretty nice for the price though! No to clubber (I think!).

I reckon the price is about right.......not original interior (or original looking) which doesn’t (personally) do if for me, owned by a fairly young guy, and did have things like monster tacho + potential cranking stereo installed (which has been removed – I think the amp is still there though) which could = flogged…….or your ultimate machine? Does look nice with mags + tweaked at front though!
