Wanted: Chrome wiper arms.

Are they the same across all VW's?.

I have a kitcar based on a Type3.

Anyone is Brisbane please let me know if you have, or know of, a pair for sale, because I'd need to try one to make sure they fit.

hi mate, i know oval wiper arms are different to big window beetles. im not in brissy but if you need wipers of big window beetle i have some never been used. rob

Wiper arms etc are usually made from stainless steel
so they don't rust..
Superbugs have the longest wiper arms and blades...

Depends which wiper motor and running gear You have.
the shaft sizes are different and some have splines and some don't... My 68 Beetle has small parallel smooth shafts... the wiper arms have grub screws to attach them.
Supers had a larger splined shaft with a thead on the end for the nut that holds them on....

Yeah, I'm selling the wheels, bought a set of EMPI's off this forum. Had no luck selling the wheels on here or e-bay yet but lots of luck advertised elsewhere! Guy coming to pick them up on Friday.

My wipers have nuts attaching them but I have NO real idea what the supporting mechanisms are as it's a kit!

I'd love to organise to see the ones offered north of me (just to see if they'd fit), the ones on the car are black metal/plastic.

How's the weekend after Easter?
