WTD: Porsche 914 wheels

Hey

I'm after some 914 wheels for my notch, preferably stock steel wheels.

I've been told they have a very good offset for a type 3 with a 5.5 inch width!

My beetle offset rims just aren't cutting the gravy!

How easy are 914 rims to come by??

You obviously need the 4 bolt type.

There is always heaps on thesamba.com and they are reasonable or try volksfolks down your way Andy had the 2ltr rims

Hi Jo,

914 2.0 alloys and Riviera alloys are reproduced by quite a few companys so the will not be that hard to find. I have a set of the 2.0 alloys sometimes called baby Fuchs.

I have a great idea, buy my '70 semi auto beetle, that comes with 914 / Porsche 2.0l wheels, and near new tyres, and original steel rims.

The wheels cost about $900 with freight and the tyres about $600, but they do look the goods.
