Is that part of the steering shaft???
I thought they would be solid, as a nut screws on top of most wheels I've seen or taken off...
although I've never taken a 60-61 wheel off....

yeah i think the main nut, is ceazed so some boof head decided to snap the shaft, so its the whole thing.
