Klub Fest 2006
Klub VW's annual show is coming up on Sunday 21st May.
Held at the same place as last year which is the Capalaba Grey Hound Racing Club located on Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba right next to the Capalaba Tavern and John Fredericks Park.
Swappers and Trade Sites to be set up by 8am. Cost is $10 per site.
Show and Shine to be in after 8am. Cost is $5 per vehicle.
Registration closes at 10am and judging will close at 11am and presentation to be held around 11.30am

New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta!
Will be there too... first attended it last year. Nice to have a show between Ettamogha and Carina shows

We think we will have the biggest swap meet seen for a while, so don't forget to look for the bargains.

Everything is running along really well. Its all pulled together just have a couple more things to do and then it will be all done Monday.

Its the 3rd time that Brisbane / Bayside Chapter of Klub VW have held this event and this will be the second time that we have it at the Capalaba Greyhound Racing Club.
The layout will be a little different to last year as everything will be a lot more compact.... well as long as it does not rain (like last year).
I went down to the Greyhound Club to check on everything and the Managers are so excited that we are coming back for the second year and want us back next year.
I will have to also say that the Trophies are FANTASTIC. They look like a million dollars. Thank you everyone for helping put them together... JOB WELL DONE.
Only 8 more sleeps to go......

In the past we do get a good turn out for the swap meet.... so good luck with grabbing a bargain.
