Got a pair of front beam adjusters for a balljoint front end that I don't need. Bought em, put em on the shelf and didn't get around to building the beam. They are the swayaway type where you cut a 2 inch section out of the beam to fit them.

Now I'm going linkpin front so no need for them any more.

Cost me $70, looking for $50 for the pair. $5 post would cover aust wide, or pick em up if you are in Adelaide.

I'm in Vale Park SA 5081, 10 mins north east of Adelaide CBD. Greg 0416 132 463

Cheers

I presume You mean torsion bar adjusters....
for a ball joint front end...

as the balljoint camber adjusters just replace the originals...

Yes I mean torsion bar adjusters for a balljoint beam. Always heard them referred to as that way but I guess when its being typed it can be confusing. Oops. Will edit title.

As a matter of interest, why are you fitting a LP beam in favour of a BJ beam?

Since its a 54 I've decided to build it on its original pan. Its the way that all the good cars in the US are being done and for me its just what I want. I can't see myself needing the handling benefits of IRS & balljoint with a 3 inch narrowed beam & 145 front tyres so I questioned the point of having to modify the rear mount under the fender to fit a late pan. I dont plan on circuit racing and I'm getting too old (&sensible??) for fanging around the streets in that fashion either.

Hehehehe cewl M8.
I wasnt casting aspersions but I just had a bit of difficulty understanding the decision to go so noticeably low tech with an LP beam thats all.

Yeah no probs tas. Early bugs r low tech beasts so why not keep the low tech pan eh?? 48IDA's are low tech too and guess what they will be on my shopping list. Who needs IRS & EFI??? Not me the Oval won't be my daily.

Anyone want these adjusters before I chuck em on ebay? My kids are getting hungry.
