today i went into the rta and got myself my green p's!!!! i could have had them since early february but i didnt wanna grow up and be a big green p-plater yet, until a dude from the rta told me that the price might go up a little at the end of the month, then i suddenly got ready
now i can legally go 100 (or 62mph)!!!! YAY!!!!!!
BUT green sortof clashes with my car colour :o red was much prettier

90kph on red Ps in NSW, they are bringing in similar silly rules down here in Vic at the moment.

Congrats! can now reach the dizzing speed of 100km!

my wife only just got her stuff together and got her licence last year in SA. she was happy sitting on 100km when we drove to NSW but a little more than just annoyed when she found out that she can only do 90km on her P's here and the changed added an extra year onto her probation

i never wore my P's anyway, but being Victoria there wasn't really a restriction....

got booked for it once, got breathalysed and the cop asked for my licence... i explained that i was helping out my dad and it was mums car and he said he was very sorry but its a technicality... gave me a monetary penalty, no points lost! I thanked him for being so nice about it and kept driving without my P's 😀

Congrats on being able to drive fast now hehe 😀 😀 😀

yeah over here in wa i am able to drive upto 110 where the speed limit permits on my p's with no hassle.

that rule sounds pretty f*#king dumb if you ask me.

I finally understand the difference between the red & green P's. Never had them when I learnt to drive.
