Hi

I only did one check, that was from Buladelah to home, about 257 ks, filled up today with 25 litres, so about 10 litres per 100. This was in a $800 1973 1300 twin port and included chasing Leigh in his fiances 1300 powered 1303 along the F3 and flogging it up the hills and then some Sunday evening traffic in Sydney.

My 2.1 wasserboxer bug was much better in the past, it always got around 10-11 around town.

Steve

You might have got there cheap but even a clapped out 36hp would have got you there quicker than the train!!!!

I was in the same boat as you, I would rather have spent a fortune on fuel just to have my dub there.

Matt.

They tested all the crazy devices, including the magnets.

Not suprisingly the magnets did nothing, and the tornado thing reduced power by 10%. Read the other post...

Dunno, but my 75 1600 stock is on par with my 88 corolla.
