very interesting.

but i think it is a little inaccurate.

there is a field near my house that floods every time it rains heaps and apparently a 14m rise wouldn't even touch it

hehe still very cool though

there's now be less hoons near the waterfront in town.

well, hopefully it'll flood while all the commodores are down there.

me though? i'd only have to travel about 5mins to get to the beach instead of 10.

hehe...14metres still doesn't touch my house.

though, i have the beach on the other side of my road 😀

hehehe... if it rose 14 metres it would literally be lapping against my backyard... which means my house would be at the beach...

it seems so much easier to just let the water rise, than my previous plan... which was to use big tractors and tugboats, and have elwood towed out to sea Reckless Kelly style 😀

"well, hopefully it'll flood while all the commodores are down there"...I love it, the true bogan mobiles all gone!!

I'm guessing the sea with have to rise by about 300mm before it hits us in Canberra
If they are called apartments, why are they so close together ?

Too many mountains between Me and the Ocean...

When ther local fresh water dam is full, it laps on the side of the road,
when its goes down below 60%, its an extra 5km to see it

When its full, it never actually goes over the road as they open the flood gates...
and flood everyone down stream....

Everyone more than 14 meters will enjoy the benifits of more equity in their house, due it it being closer to the beach, in a market short of houses. Sounds good.
