are the front flexible (rubber) brake hoses simiar to the back ones?
am going to buy new flexible hoses tonight and wanted to know whether they are the same.
thanks
Should be same fittings but lenght could be an issue

should have mentioned, this is on a RHD 1966 vw beetle with the original wide 5 drums all round (if it makes a difference)
as beerdoc says...
length would be the only difference.
see.... air and water do mix 😉

Front and rear are different in length and fittings for a brake drum Beetle
Make sure you only buy ATE brand and not brazilian crap
update: bought hoses over the weekend.
- front hoses have a male connector on one end and female on the other.
- back hoses have female connectors on both ends.
- front hoses are longer than back hoses
hoses I bought didn't fit on my bug though 🙁, turns out the front hoses were short (seems pre and 66 beetles had slightly longer front hoses)
broke a bleeder valve in the process (will just go ahead and buy all 4 wheel cylinders)
