Had the hinges done and rust was removed and replaced with genu-wyne metal. (thanks Damien)
Nice licence light cover with prongs intact and a handle which is just ok. You'd get a better one. Has the globe holder just need a lense, which is easy.
Needs final finessing, but very solid. Only holes in it are for number plate.
