I'll be in WA (Freamantle area ) for about 2 months with work, so I'm keen to meet up with a few local VW Freaks and share the joy, or if your keen for a surf even better.

Also any info of VW events or good suppliers in the area would be appreciated.

hey ya bones
unfortunatly we are hours away from perth , i dont think we have many vw events here in W.A at least i havn,t heard of any recently
Their is going to be a rev heads weekend on the 17th to the 19th november
in narrogin 3days of bands booze and burnouts etc probabbly wont be any VW,s their except for mine I have entered her in the show ,n, shine
it would be a good weekend you should try and come its about 2-3hrs from perth towards Albany tickets are $50 for the whole weekend camping is free on the grounds

Nah, sorry guys I'll have no wheels while I'm down there. I'm actually down there to pic up our new boat, she's just a little 56m runabout (30 mill or so).

I'll be pretty busy whilst in the area, but there's always time for vw's.

Just look for the heavily tattooed guy with a vw shirt on and that'll be me.

Also still looking for a T1 1916CC or above engine in WA, for 2-3k. But the cheaper the better.
