Summer is just around the corner, and I refuse to have my pop-outs sitting under the bed for any longer... 😉

Only thing is, I'm scared to put them in incase I break something or damage my car... anyone want to help that is a pro when it comes to pop-outs? I'm in s.e suburbs of Melb but would be happy to trek to whoever can help.

Also, what size screws are needed for the hinges?

Ta muchly!

Like Barry said "it really is a P of P"

Ruckus has fitted them and he is Melb or you could bring them down to Geelong on the 14th and I can show you how and My daughters will be there to see end result

THe most nervous part is finding the holes in the roof liner for the latch (my daughter actually did that bit)
Cheers Doc

I just put some recently in my 68. Funny enough I found a site in the US, I think it was the Samba, with install pix and instructions which referred back to this Aussieveedubbers site. Hows that the yanks are watching what we are doing. Probably a secret organisation run by ex CIA operatives. My first window took about an hour and the second took literally half that including removal of the original window. Happy to help out so u2u me for details.
