good read, only thing is i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that VW made good on the stamp deals during the war. delivering some beetles to people who had "bought" it. It was Ford that pulled out of the war time deals.

Can anyone confirm or deny?

That's ok Richard. I thought it would be good to post that here as you don't see too many acticles on VW's in the early days.
