Well today I went to go see BME Mr.Bug for some parts -speciffically a front seat and rear bumper for my 75 kombi. He didn't have any but instead sent me to a guy down in Rosebud who was clearing his shed out. So I thought what the hell and I drove down there. Well this guy tells me that he has sold it all to metal recyclers as the rent for the storage is too high and that the guy was picking it all up this arvo. I had a look around and got a drivers seat -$20, rear bumper with mounts - $20 and a spare tyre for $10.
Then I casually ask "do you have any 2ltr cases and heads?" and he says yes I have a nice one if you want it so I got the 2ltr case and heads for.........40 bugs bunnies. Score. Let the engine build commence. Its a shame that all the stuff is going to the recyclers and it was a shame I didn't have any more room in my car.

New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta!
