^^ what vwjon said - just listen to whatever you like!

Pretty much everything on my iPod is pre-1980
Fleetwood Mac, Billy Joel, Dire Straits, Eagles 😁

What I do is I get a freeware audio recording program like Audacity and record it. The problem is that the quality is terrible and I find that the bass often needs reducing (although this might not be a problem for some people 🙄 )
There is apparently a way to open them as they are saved as a flash file in a temp folder somewhere in windows, but I haven't figured that out yet.
I think Mac users can save it straight to their HDD?

..dont worry, I live in the 21st century (only kidding) but seeing as you're all retro i'll mix it up for you...

Sneaker Pimps version of Duran Duran's The Çhauffeur,
Scissor Sisters (1st album esp their vers of Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb), Keane's take on the modern pop album (Hopes & Fears)
and the new Pet Shop Boys album should keep you busy for a while

Yes thats all pop not rock but im a sucker for a good melody - doesnt mean I dont turn up ZZ's Sharp Dressed Man when im in the rat tho...

As noted above The Streets first 2 albums are awesome as well, either Franz Ferd albums...okay you've got me on a roll here, you have to get yourself an iTunes account & buy:
Helicopter by Bloc Party
F.E.A.R. By Ian Brown
Stone Roses The Stone Roses
and anything by Mos Def (Mos' definately the greatest rapper...)

You did ask...

if psytrance is your thing, send me a u2u and we can work something out (and no, infected mushroom is not psytrance!!)
i have a fine selection of hardcore and gabber, for when you need to drive reeealllyyy fast!

Otherwise, its the dandy warhols, muse, weezer, ween, tool, primus...
in the beginning, the universe was created.
this made alot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
