These seats are out of a toyota Paseo. i got them for free but if you can find them at a pick a part they cost around $80.

the Factory rails bolt straight to the mounts already there, you just have to drill 3 new holes the inside mount just needs a bracket welded to the side of the seat "box" it sits on with a hole in it for the side mount on the rear of the rail on the inside of each seat. they look very similar to the factory seats that came in it, but more padded out.

nice, those look quite comfy, hard to find ones where the rails have mounts in about the right spots.
