retractable seatbelts - type 3

Using the Fasty as a daily driver now and i am really over the original seatbelts.Couldn't find any old threads for fitting retractable seatbelts to a type 3. What are seatbelts are the easist to fit and i'm guessing you need transport inspection after fitting. While we are on the subject of seating what is a comfortable replacement? I have heard that the Honda Legend seats are Ok.

use the brackets from a 76 Type one or make some similar and buy Klippan inertia reals.
