packing up and moving house. 4 box trailers and bootloads of stuff, including a frikken heavy piano. How the hell could that be the best day of my life? Well...
11 odd years ago I moved INTO this house and I lost my compilation tape of all my VW moments. The rolling of the freshly painted shell off the trailer. Fitting the engine and cranking it over the first time, all my racing footage were all lost. Several times i've looked for it and failed. My videos and terribly horrible 80's vinyl collection was lost forever, must have fallen out of the trailer when we moved. But today while emptying cupboards an unopened box was found. I dont know how a box can lay undiscovered for 11 years but it was like opening alladins cave.
Only thing is, I no longer have a video player or turntable. :cry
Hanging out for cash converters to open tomorrow morning.
wish I hadnt I sold my F1 videos for stuff all on ebay last week now.
On the brightside.. I have kombi videos. footy grandfinals, state of origin and test matches of the 80's and crap vinyl.. belinda carlisle, mel & kim, milli vanilli, tiffany, what the hell was I doing 😂
