I have a quick Q relating to a Vic Roads Rego doc....
Is the 'serial no.' supposed to be the chassis number, or is this something else? The document I have is from an early Type 2 Splitty.

Any help appreciated!!

Cheers
Rich.

No Rich. The serial number is a Vic Roads reference number.

From recent experience to register a car that is out of rego they check the chassis and engine numbers and hopefully they match to their records...
