Ordered a new SS Exy system late aternoon on Fri the 19 Jan from Classic vee Dub in Syd arrived Mon AM (Ipswich QLD) went to fit on Fri 26th (public hol MY BAD)--- didn't fit--- cause of the extenal oil filter which I had told them about prior to order. EM'D them Sat 27th no reply-oh ho --I thought-- Phoned them Mon 29th-- no problems --sent replacement costing $100 more at NO additional charge STRAIGHT AWAY (before I had even got the return to the courier) arrived yesterday 30th heat wrapped & sprayed yesterday -- fitted this morming.
I was ropeable and expecting all kinds of uphill and I couldn't have been more wrong--I know who's getting my buisness in future.
The guy who dealt with the whole thing is George.
In an aftermarket parts world that useualy functions with the efficiency of a two wheeled tricycle these guys are an example of how you do it right, several others I could name(as I'm sure we all could) would do well to study the get it right people once in a while,
Sorry about that--good news for once,
Cheers Al .
