with spats for the rear wheel arch on beetles, are 54-56 and 57 onwards different? Or are they all the same from 54 onwards pretty much with the early shape bugs?

Just curious
thanks

If the car has been through the wars over the years it may not be the exact shape as origional
I read it on FACEBOOK so it must be true

thanks for that empi, just looking on egay and saw these spats for sale

and it says 57-72 and when I asked the guy he said doesn't fit earlier, I'm just thinking at the moment.

Anyone had experience with these spats?

How many different shapes of spats are there, and where is the place to get them from?

Thanks, Michael

I like the really smooth versions that sit in the arch and are flush with the guard, someone on here does glass ones that look good. Not a fan of the sit over the top spring on versions.
