Anyone had experience dropping their t4?
I just bought some 40mm lower springs and haven't fitted them yet cos I don't think 40mm will be enough.
How much can you drop it before ride quality gets shithouse?
I dropped my T3 100mm on the front and 80mm on the back, and although it looked sweet, you needed a kidney belt on rough roads.
I've got a reasonable wheel-arch gap to get rid of, but I don't want it to ride like the T3 did.

top pic is as it sits now
bottom pic is the look I'm after.

spoke to the local transport authority.
The lowest I can go legally is 379mm from the centre of the wheel to the edge of wheel arch.
It's currently 430 at the back and 450 at the rear.
maybe I should get 70mm lower springs for the back.

I've also heard that with T4's, the lower you go, the softer the front suspension gets.

talk to Kimm at Indian, his T4 is low, on big rims and drives really well. No body gets lower without a spinal block than Indian. www.kruizinwagon.com.au
