Im in the process of replacing the wiring loom and having problems pulling it thru the roof channell without getting it snagged on something inside the roof section, if I look inside the engine bay up towards the roof channel there is an oval shaped hole(no not the back window) punched out of the steel roof section on rhs. Is this where the cable goes thru and comes out into engine bay?

pod i`ve got to finish this thing one day

Yes the cable goes thru that hole up into the channel. you can use a bit of yellow tongue off flooring boards to feed up into the channel

thanks 57 oval, I used some of that yellow flexi stuff you said and threaded it thru the hole there and worked a treat, cable definetly came down drivers side channel.
Cheers mate.
