might be a tempo matador motor or a stationary motor?

looks like the 'oil cooler' lines are being used as manifold heater. Could it have been used in an aircraft? It must be out in the breeze if it doesnt have any cooling tin.

Hi

A lot of concrete cutters used VW motors, maybe one of them. Its obviously a 36 hp by looking at the fuel pump, but it doesn't look like it has a semi circle for the generator stand either.
