:cussingThis is just a whinge:cussing--
Some thievin little twat stole TWO of the dust caps of my farkin wheels ---I am not happy Jan---I can tell you---they were the chrome bullet shaped ones about the size of a 303 round , they came with the car , not my personal favourites but I'd come to like them for thier trashy flashy sorta look and they fitted in with the gloss black enamel empi wide fives on the car.
Haveing gone in search of just ordinary chrome caps a while ago and come up empty I'm a little bit pessamistic about finding these attall--anyone know where I can get them from ????

Oh just in the unlikely event the thievin mongrel has slimed into this site and reads this and has been silly enough to put these on his /her car ---I have a wonderfull hand held spring loaded centrepunch that repairs windscreens beautifully and guess what ? you are booked for a free demonstration 👍

I have a bunch of them at my place that my boys bought for their push bikes when they were kids.I think they got them at Silly Sollys or somewhere like that.

Sounds like the little thieving mongrels that kept trying to steal them off my car. I could park my car all day and no one would touch it. Five minutes outside the school to pick up the kids and they were gone. Haven't been able to find decent replacements since.

I had a similar experience with some school kids a few years back.
The day before I had put my new dice dustcaps on the bug....then this happened...

I was parked under a block of very upmarket units here in Byron..
Looked back at my bug while walking up the stairs (parked across from the stairs about 5 feet away) & looked at my dice cap dust caps...
Went up the stairs & knocked on my girlfriends door...she wasn't home so I went back down the stairs...
as I got to the bottom saw some school kids quickly walking away from my bug.
I looked at the car & realized my dice caps weren't there....
Said to the young kids..
"Guys you have 2 mins to put back on that car what you just stole from it"...
First they denyed it....
Then I said "Byron is a small place & everyone knows everyone...I'm not gonna ring the cops...instead I will organize to get the shit bashed out of you & you can explain to your parents why you ended up in the hospital when they ask why".....
They turned around & put them all back on the car.....

God was I pissed off...

Bad luck Alan,

I have some of those points looking dust caps..
I think I bought them from BIG W a while back...

I also have some hexagon alloy caps that You can do up tight so fingers can't take them off..
I also have stainless steel valve covers that the caps hold on..

but I'm looking at those lockable valve caps above on ebay..

cheers
