You would be best to to go to a Jap wrecker and sit in seats until you get something YOU like. What I like and what you like could be different. There is nothing that fits straight into a Bay. You have to engineer the seat to fit yourself. I have seen all sorts of Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Subaru and Suzuki seats fitted. I just would not like to see you try a 'good seat' and be disappointed.

I was talking to Brendan who owns the light green/white two tone bay window bus who was racing at Warwick on the weekend. He had a pair of jap seats installed into his bus as his wife is short and needed to slide the seat forward to reach the pedals - from memory it cost him around $150 for the pair of seats but around $500-600 to have them installed and certified with new rails etc etc (that may have included rear seat belts - can't quite remember).

Just a bit of info - may or may not help
