Just log a fail to pay with ebay, ebay will send them a message and they can respond or not. If they do you can remove it simply enough this way they know you are for real

You won't have to pay a comision for an uncompleted sale, just contact ebay and ask them for a refund of the comision. I did this on a mutualy terminated sale all ended well.

Maybe this happens a lot...
as many sellers say they Must be contacted within a certain time after the auction finishes...
and Paid within a number of days...

I usually pay within an hour of the bid ending...

occasionally I pay a day or so later but I usually send an email to the seller...
after the auction....

unless My computer is down....

which makes it hard to do anything...

Contact them about one of the items they are selling, youll get an answer, then after you get a reply mention that you are waiting for payment on the item they won.

you can also request there details so that you can call them or send them an sms if its a mobile number. Then if you get no response hit the non paid button.

Barry, yes contact ebay and they will do the chasing for you. Person will either respond or not.

What ever you do, dont put an unpaid item strike, its a waist of time. It means nothing, its not visible to the public as a warning to other buyers/sellers in the future and what they can do is then get pissed off and put up a bullsh@t negative comment in retaliation and ebay will not remove it at all. They will sit on the fence and say we cannot take a side as we dont know the full circumstances.

In general Ebay is pathetic, especially their legal terms, you can get away with almost anything. Cross fingers and rely on the good nature of the majority of users.

OK - a little confused as to "how" i contact ebay

Against the item i have sold is an "action" drop down.
The last choice is "report an unpaid item"
or
on the right hand side is "dispute console" which leads to "report an unpaid item"

So how does one contact ebay without starting a bitch fight.

Just checked and he has just bought 2 things and had positive feed back
If he doesnt want the things just tell me

I think you have to leave feedback within 30 days otherwise the opportunity is lost. Wait until the last possible moment, then leave negative feedback without the offender having an opportunity to retaliate.

Out of curosity - the winning bid was exactly the same time the auction ended.

Would this be some sort of "snipe" programme???
