Wanted - headlights (early 60s beetle)

Hi folks

With the oval back on the road (thanks to Damo for the 1200 engine!), I need to get my headlights sorted. The oval buckets (reflectors) aren't suitable for 12V bulbs so I am after some reflectors/pigtails (the electrical connections) or complete lights so I can run 12V bulbs.

Don't have to be flash or fancy - even if the glass is broken, I can reuse mine....the rest of the car is pretty ratty (for now) so I'm more worried about function rather than appearance!

Alan,
You can get special bulbs that fit the early mounts but are really bright and 12V. Get onto retroresto on here and ask him about them. He did it to a very early set of 54 lights he had.

Good to see you got the engine sorted Al, better in the oval than my shed taking up room. Got a set of lights too from a 65.
