Well it's been a bit of an epic but it's finally DONE!
the drop-spindles arrived last week and went in super easy. Everything was put back together and checked over and away we go!!!

The ride is actually pretty good considering the height (or lack of it!)...

Amazing what a difference a set of wheels and lowering makes. Looks great and makes my start to think of another project, before I have even finished the current one 🙂
