Can someone tell me if the front beam out of a 68 on beetle bolts on to a 67 pan,Need to run disk brakes on the front of a beach buggy cheers shane.

No, 68 has ball joints and the 67 uses king & link, the spacing between the tubes is wider on a ball joint beam.

............and it won't fit your bulk head.
there are plenty of disc brake kits for your existing set up tho.
or cut and shut a later frame head onto your pan
The pan is going under a J&S Fibreglass body so maybe cut and shut the frame head or look at later pans cheers shane.

the frame head mod is a BIG one you may be better off purchasing after markets discs which will simply bolt on
or if your going off road and no redgo the go the other way if u have the ball joint front end and bulkhead
The problem is,my mate got the buggy body and i found him a 67 beetle to use for floor pan but the engineer has told him he must have disk brakes up front,he got a price for the wide 5 disk conversion but was very pricey so heres just looking at other options,maybe buy a later floor pan???but the 67 is complete and clean seems a waste not to use it cheers shane.
