I have a question about a engine Subaru swap? If
I mount a 2.5 to a 914 5 speed transaxle will the motor
turn the same as a 914 motor? Also will the 2.5 bolt up
to a 914 t-axle?

Subi and Porsche/VW engines spin the same way

You will need an adapter plate and converted flywheel from a company such as KEP

if you plan midengine consider using the subaru 2WD gearbox...made for each other👍

Does anyone know what was the last year the 2.5 Subie was made with a 2WD trans?
