How is this project going?
Now that I'm in my house I'd like to get my 50's room happening. (have to hurry in case the #$%& thing falls down).
I've often had similar thoughts about using the back end of a kombi to house hi fi gear.
What Id really like is a whole kombi with the two side windows taken out to form a long bar same as you have done with the front. Sitting on a bar stool, in a kombi, looking out the window watching footy or cricket on the big screen. Bit hard getting it up the stairs though. Reality says I cant do bodywork or painting so I think the best I can hope for is a type 3 lounge chair using only guards. So I'm thinking bloody great slab of wood with zincalume mini-orb onthe front.
Has anyone seen a website iwth pics of different peoples bars? keep it clean.
