but i doubt you'll be able to just buy engine off of them cause they usually do swap

Mmmm i had a bad experience with them, they tuned up my autostick and replaced the seal, but they damaged the seal on reentry and when i took it back they tried to blame me, they finally conceited it was their fault and the car sat outside for a week, until they got annoyed with pestering me and used sellys all seal to seal it up.

Not really on the topic, BUT, GHR have a good rep and have been around for years and years. I've only dealt with them once and they seemed fine. The guy talked VWs with me for a bit in the yard (while he was having a smoke). They're cheap (compared with some) but have no EFTPOS or credit card facilities which is a pain for me. Will probably be taling the Golf there for its next service and brake reline.eraser wrote:jsheppard64 wrote:also u might wanna try GHR motor on Daws Road it's close to train track with blue fence and you'll see lots of vw in there. the number for GHR is 08 8276 8440..
